TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE OF TICKETS
ORGANISERS

Article 1:
The owner of the 2023 UEFA Under-19 Futsal EURO in Croatia is UEFA. The organizer of the 2023 UEFA Under-19 Futsal EURO and the organizer of the distribution and sale of tickets for the 2023 UEFA Under-19 Futsal EURO is the Croatian Football Federation (HNS). Online sale of the tickets for the matches is organised by Dekod d.o.o., Savska cesta 28, Zagreb , the ticket agency of the HNS.

ONLINE SALE OF TICKETS

Article 2:
The tickets for the seats that may be bought online are identified by HNS.

Article 3:
A person who registers for the purchase of tickets (hereinafter: Customer) purchases the tickets for themself and additional persons (hereinafter: Guests). The Customer is a responsible person for all tickets that are ordered and at the time of purchase they must be legally capable i.e. must be of 18 years of age or older. The Customer may pay the order by DINERS, MasterCard, Visa or Maestro card (the cards that support online transactions, for more information refer to the bank that has issued your card).
The Customer may place only one order and may not be the Customer or the Guest in another order. The Guest may be only in one order and may not be the Customer or the Guest in another order. All required information about the Customer and the Guests must be provided in the Application for the Purchase of Tickets and the Customer is responsible for their authenticity and accuracy. The Customer may at any time monitor online the status of their application, using their information for login on the website where the application has been completed. The Customer and their Guests are aware and agree that the HNS may at any time at the Hall check the personal information that has been stated at the time of the purchase and is written on the tickets.

DELIVERY AND FEES

Article 4:
When buying tickets online, the Customer needs to download the print@home tickets on their user pages, which should be printed on a printer on an A4 sheet of paper. The fee for the mode of payment is 7% + VAT of the value of the ticket.

PAYMENT TERMS

Article 5:
When payment is made by a credit card, the tickets will be processed for download from the user pages immediately after the authorization of the card company.

Article 6:
The tickets are sold at the prices publicly stated by the HNS. The price of the ticket includes VAT according to the Law.

MATCH CANCELLATION

Article 7:
Money may be returned for the purchased tickets only in case the match has been cancelled, namely: by cancelling the credit card debit or by payment to the current account if the tickets have been paid through an offer; in case of match cancellation all Customers will be accordingly contacted. When money is returned in the described manner, the entire amount of the ticket price will be returned to the Customer, excluding the fee; these will not be returned. HNS reserves the right to cancel the match, change the time or organise a new match.

NON-ARRIVAL TO THE MATCH

Article 8:
In case of a non-arrival to the match, the purchased ticket becomes invalid and no money is returned.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CROATIAN FOOTBALL FEDERATION:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE MATCHES OF THE 2023 UEFA UNDER-19 FUTSAL EURO IN CROATIA

1.
The Croatian Football Federation (“HNS”) is the exclusive owner of all tickets (“Tickets”) for the matches of the 2023 UEFA Under-19 Futsal EURO in Croatia (“Match”). Any use of the Tickets and the provisions governing the entry to the Hall (“Hall”) where the Match is played are the subject matter of these General Terms and Conditions related to the tickets for the matches of the 2023 UEFA Under-19 Futsal EURO in Croatia (“GT&C”), established by HNS, Hall Rules and other applicable laws and regulations. Each buyer, holder or user of the Ticket shall comply with the provisions of GT&C.

2.
All persons who wish to access the Hall, regardless of their age, shall have the Ticket. The holder of the Ticket accepts and agrees that HNS has the right to collect, store and use their personal data for the purpose of the organisation and administration of the Match. HNS may transfer such personal data to third parties primarily in connection with the organisation and administration of the sale of the Tickets and/or for the purpose of any relevant protective and security measures for the Match. Unless otherwise determined in these GT&C, only a person identified on the Ticket as the holder of the Ticket may use the Ticket for the purpose of the entry to the Hall or use other rights as the holder of the Ticket, as set out in these GT&C. HNS is authorised, but not obliged, to verify identity when the Ticket is presented by the holder of the Ticket at the Hall.

Neither the holder of the Ticket nor any other person may transfer or give any rights deriving from the Ticket, as well as the Ticket itself, to third parties without the prior consent of HNS. HNS is authorised not to give its consent, especially if the holder of the Ticket or the person to whom it has been transferred intends: - to transfer the rights or the Ticket to an individual who is forbidden out of security reasons to attend football matches; or – to resell the Tickets; or – to transfer or use the rights or the Ticket for advertising, selling or for promotional purposes or as a prize, gift, in competition or lottery or as a part of unpermitted hospitality package or travel package.

If such rights or Tickets are transferred with the consent of HNS, the person to whom the Ticket has been transferred shall require that a new Ticket is issued. If such rights or Ticket are transferred for any of the above specified unpermitted purposes, without the prior written consent of HNS, the holder of the Ticket will breach these GT&C and such Ticket shall be automatically declared invalid and may be cancelled in electronic or other way. HNS may deny the entry to the Hall to the person holding the Ticket or remove such person from the Hall, and HNS will not refund the value of the Ticket.

5.
All holders of the Tickets confirm that they are moving at and around the Hall on their own risk. HNS does not recommend that persons below 4 (four) years of age to come to the Match, and persons below 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. In case of any incident that may cause damages or losses, including (i) injury causing death, (ii) physical injury or (iii) permanent health damage, HNS bears responsibility only if someone of its authorised representatives or agents causes such damage or loss by their negligence or intention. With respect to all other incidents that cause damage or loss (but excluding the incidents that include fundamental noncompliance with the agreement by HNS), HNS will bear responsibility only for damages and/or losses suffered by the holder of the Ticket if such damage and/or loss is caused by intentional inappropriate conduct or negligence of authorised representatives or agents of HNS. With respect to the loss or damage that occurs due to noncompliance with the agreement due to negligence, the responsibility of HNS is limited to the damage that is predictable and typical for the agreements of such nature.

6.
The holders of the Tickets shall not record (except for private purposes), transmit or in any way perform transmission via internet or other media, including mobile devices, of sound, image, description or result of the Match, entirely or partially, or assist to another person (persons) to perform these activities without the prior written consent of HNS. The equipment and items that are used for these purposes shall not be brought to the Hall without the prior written consent of HNS.

7.
The photographs or recordings made by the holder of the Ticket during the Match shall be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes (excluding the announcements on internet portals and other media suitable to inform the public), and shall not be used commercially in any way by any entity without the prior written consent of HNS.

8.
Every holder of the Ticket gives its consent that HNS or those nominated by it may use free of charge the holder’s voice, image, live or in video recording, transmission or other type of recording, photography or by any other media now or in future, all in connection with the Match.

9.
For safety and security reasons, and to ensure regular and undisturbed playing of the Match, the holder of the Ticket shall comply with the instructions of HNS, security personnel, police and administration at the Hall where the Match is played. Every holder of the Ticket shall cooperate with police, HNS, administration of the Hall and security personnel if the holder is required to present the holder’s identity at the event in the form of an official document with photography or consent for confiscation of forbidden items the holder possesses. Pyrotechnics, all types of weapons, bottles made of glass, cans or alcoholic beverages, illegal narcotics or any other item that may impair the pleasure, comfort and safety of other participants, players or official persons are prohibited and shall not be brought to the Hall. The individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those behaving violently, or if it seems that they are behaving violently or contrary to public order, may be removed from the Hall.

10.
Every buyer, holder or user of the Ticket bears responsibility for the proper use of the Ticket. They shall pay damages and hold HNS harmless from any claims for damage and liability, suffered or occurred in connection with the breach of these GT&C, the rules of the Hall or any other applicable laws or regulations.

11.
All promotional, commercial, political or religious items of any nature, including but not restricted to flags, signs, symbols, leaflets, are prohibited and may not be brought to the Hall.

12.
HNS reserves the right to change time, date and venue of the Match in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not restricted to force majeure events or concern about safety. In case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in the change of time, date and venue of the Match, including the above mentioned ones, the holder of the Ticket has the right (if it is possible) to get a Ticket of the same category as their original Ticket was. If the Match or the changed Match is cancelled or if there is no Ticket available for the changed Match, the holder of the Ticket will get refund at the nominal value of the Ticket. If the holder of the Ticket cannot attend the changed match, the price of the ticket will be refunded to the holder before the match and in accordance with the approval of HNS.

13.
If any of the provisions of these GT&C become invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, fully or partially, this shall not affect the validity, effectiveness and enforceability of other terms and conditions in these GT&C. The holder of the Ticket shall comply with the provisions related to the spectators issued by HNS and all additional provisions issued by HNS from time to time, with regard to (i) described conduct or items that are prohibited at the halls and (ii) that refer to other safety requirements. Such additional provisions are provided on the website www.hns-cff.hr and upon request they may be obtained from the Croatian Football Federation, Ulica grada Vukovara 269a, Zagreb.

14.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising under these GT&C is Zagreb.
