- Q: The charge on the card does not go through, what should I do?
- A: Check with the issuing bank whether the card supports internet transactions, if it does, pay attention to the entry of card data (e.g. the card number should be entered without spaces) or check whether you have enough available funds.
- Q: Is there a limit to the number of tickets one person can buy?
- A: Yes. A maximum of four tickets can be purchased within one purchase.
- Q: Why did I get an error with the code "20999" and the description "Limit exceeded"?
- A: There are two possible reasons:
1) you tried to make a purchase and failed or gave up - wait 30 minutes and try again.
2) one of the fans you are buying tickets for already has a ticket - remove him from your order.
- Q: Are tickets for children charged at the same price?
- A: Yes, all visitors must have a ticket regardless of age.
- Q: How to collect tickets after purchase?
- A: Ticket sales include e-tickets that the customer needs to download from their user pages after purchase and print on their printer. Tickets are not delivered to home addresses or sent to email addresses.
