Terms and Conditions of Sale for the internet tickets
of the DUBROVNIK SUMMER FESTIVAL

Act 1.

Internet ticket sales for the performances of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival are available on the following websites: www.dubrovnik-festival.hr, www.ulaznice.hr and www.ulaznice.hr with payments via (valid only for cards that support online transactions, contact your card issuing bank for more information):

Act 2.

Dubrovnik Summer Festival performances for which booking and ticket purchase is available online are determined by the organizer, Dubrovnik Summer Festival.

Act 3.

Taking over the tickets:

Tickets purchased online can be taken over at the Dubrovnik Summer Festival's box-office, Od Sigurate 1, Dubrovnik by submitting the corresponding seven-digit unique code (ID) which the customer received during online purchase to the authorised personnel at the box-office. Entering the performances of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival is possible only with the tickets.

Forwarding the seven-digit unique code (ID):
if the customer (ticket buyer) forwards the seven-digit code to someone else, the first person to reach the box office and submits the code with all necessary data has the right to enter the DSF. If both users reach the box-office at the same time, the ticket will be issued to the person first in the row at the box-office.

Act 4.

Cancelling the performances of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival:
Refunds for tickets bought online are possible in case the performance is cancelled by:

cancelling the debit of the credit/debit cards used to buy tickets online

depositing to an account if the tickets were purchased via NetPay

Dubrovnik Summer Festival can exchange the issued ticket for the ticket for an another performance according to the customers choice if the cost is the same.

Act 5.

Non-attendance to the Dubrovnik Summer Festival performances:
In case the customer does not attend the performance, the ticket becomes invalid and non-refundable.

Act 6.

Daily limit:
Credit/debit card limit is determined by the credit card company.

Act 7.

Special offer:
Use your Mastercard or Maestro card and get 10% off tickets. Spending over 66,36 € / 500,00 KN will provide you a 30% discount voucher for souvenirs. Aforementioned special offer discounts rule out any other organizer's discounts.

Act 8.

Seats marked with "obstructed view" do not offer a complete view of the field of performance. Prices for "obstructed view tickets" are set at 50% of regular seats in the corresponding category.

Act 9.

Dubrovnik Summer Festival's box-office is open every day from 9 am to 9.30 pm from July 1st (date subject to change) to August 25th at Od Sigurate 1, Dubrovnik, contact phone number : +385 (0)20 326 123.

Article 10.

• Internet portal ulaznice.hr
An additional item may appear in your account for transaction processing services via ticketing service. This service amount is 1 € / 7,53 HRK (VAT included) for transactions valued less than 15 € / 113,02 HRK and 2 € / 15,07 HRK (VAT included) for transactions greater or equal than 15 € / 113,02 HRK.

For video content and live broadcast, an additional item for transaction processing services via ticketing service may appear in your account in the amount of 1 € / 7,53 HRK (VAT included) for content (live and pay-per-view) purchased in the video store in the amount for transactions valued less than 15 € / 113,02 HRK and 2 € / 15,07 HRK (VAT included) for transactions greater or equal than 15 € / 113,02 HRK.

Your account may also show a ticket processing and printing fee in the amount of 0,46 € / 3,50 HRK (VAT included) for each ticket purchased. This fee applies to Zagreb Zoo tickets only and in this case the order processing fee will not be included.


• Ulaznice.hr retail outlets
Retail outlets have the right to issue a separate receipt to the customer with the purchased tickets. This receipt is issued for transaction processing services in the amount of 1,33 € / 10.00 KN (including VAT) per transaction.

Your account may also show a ticket processing and printing fee in the amount of 0,46 € / 3,50 KN (VAT included) for each ticket purchased. This fee applies to Zagreb Zoo tickets only and in this case the order processing fee will not be included.

These fees represent a justified cost of processing an individual order and therefore are not subject to refund. Refund options for other ticket expense amounts are subject to special conditions.

Article 11.

The online video library and live broadcast can be accessed by registering at www.ulaznice.hr.
Physical tickets and video cannot be purchased at the same time within one transaction.
The choice of events available in the online video library is determined by the Organizer.
Viewing is accessed through a link sent to your e-mail address after purchase.
The link leads to the user pages where the customer can watch the video.
The live broadcast/video link is connected to the user's profile and cannot be forwarded!
The online video library allows you to view content via browser on computers, smartphones and tablets.
Events (which are not live broadcast) in the video store are available for viewing for a period of 72 hours, or 3 days from purchase.
Refunds for pay-per-view events the video store are not possible regardless of whether the content has been viewed.
Refunds for live broadcasts are only possible in case of technical difficulties by reporting the problem to podrska@ulaznice.hr during the broadcast.
Live broadcast can be watched at the time specified only, and not later at any other time unless the broadcast becomes part of the pay-per-view offer within the video store.
Recording video content from the video library, live broadcast or public screening of such content is prohibited.

Minimum technical requirements for viewing video content:
The recommended download speed for watching the highest quality (full HD, or 1080p) is at least 5Mbit / s. If the bandwidth of your internet connection is around the specified speed or a little lower, you will still be able to watch the broadcast, but in a lower quality.

Supported mobile platforms for viewing pay-per-view content from the video store:

• Internet Explorer: since IE 11 (Windows 8+ only)
• Samsung Internet: 5+
• iOS: iOS 8+

Article 12.

PURCHASING THE GIFT CARD:

• 12.1. The Dubrovnik Summer Festival web gift card can only be purchased at www.ulaznice.hr.
• 12.2. Payment for the gift card can be made via payment to an account, card payments (VISA; MasterCard, Maestro, and DINERS), as well as through the KEKS Pay and Aircash Pay apps.
• 12.3. After a successful purchase, the gift card will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
• 12.4. The gift card is not personalized and is transferable.
• 12.5. A transaction processing fee will be applied when purchasing the gift card.
• 12.6. Gift cards can also be purchased at the Dubrovnik Festival box office. For more information, please visit the official website at https://www.dubrovnik-festival.hr/.

Article 13.

USING THE GIFT CARD

• 13.1. The gift card can be used to purchase tickets to any available event of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival on the ulaznice.hr website within one year from the date of purchase or until the date specified on the gift card.
• 13.2. The gift card can be used multiple times until the total value of the gift card is reached.
• 13.3. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the gift card can be combined with other payment methods 
• 13.4. The gift card has an expiration date indicated on it and cannot be used after that date.
• 13.5. Only one gift card can be used per transaction.

Article 14.

GIFT CARD BALANCE CHECK:

• 14.1. Gift card balance can be checked by contacting support at podrska@ulaznice.hr.

Article 15.

GIFT CARD CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

• 15.1. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• 15.2. If an event is canceled, a refund for tickets purchased with a gift card will be issued back to the same gift card. If that gift card is three months away from expiration or has expired, the validity will be extended for 6 months.
• 15.3. If tickets for a canceled event were paid partially with a gift card and partially with another payment method, the amount paid with the gift card will be refunded to the same gift card, while a new gift card will be issued for the amount paid with the other payment method.
• 15.4. In case of loss, theft, destruction, or expiration of the gift card, the customer cannot request a refund or any other form of compensation.
• 15.5. Dubrovnik Summer Festival is not responsible for the existing balance on the gift card in case of loss, theft, unauthorized use, or damage, and does not provide compensation in these cases.
